Shore is an international Munich-based tech startup with Offices in Berlin and Los Angeles and a young, motivated team. Our goal: To simplify the day-to-day work of small and medium-sized service businesses and help them take advantage of the opportunities the digital world provides. Our all-in-one software for customer management, online appointment booking, digital marketing and point of sale helps service providers and retailers save time, get online bookings, and manage their business more efficiently.

Your Profile
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience, preferably managing channel partners in the startup scene
  • Experience working with SaaS business models
  • Graduated from a renowned university with a bachelor´s or master´s degree in business admistration, economics or a related field
  • Already experience in negotiating and managing commercial relationships and a good understanding of legal requirements
  • Experience with CRM tools and web technologies, preferably HubSpot, Jira and Notion
  • Strong communication and presentation skills as you will partly be speaking to C-level executives
  • Experience in navigating through complex stakeholder landscapes
  • Fluent in German and English – further languages are a big plus
  • Excellent organization skills and love spreading the word about partnerships across departments
  • Comfortable in a fast paced startup environment and changing requirements
Your Mission
  • Be one of the first in line to further build up partnerships and strenghten our existing footprint
  • Own partnerships from the field of website builders, media companies, payment providers and product brands
  • Build up your own partner pipeline and manage the entire process from the initial conversation through contract closing and implementation
  • Acquire pre-qualified partner leads through telesales and presentations
  • Communicate our product roadmap to partners and collect partner feedback to support steering Product and Growth activities
  • Implement and leverage metrics to assess partners and monitor performance
  • Manage strategic projects for new and existing partners and help them to further grow their business
  • Prepare input for regular department revenue sprint plannings in order to reach OKR´s
  • Optimize existing processes and contribute to the overall department development
  • Always think outside the box and support your approach with data
  • Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product and Legal Team
