Then come to Shore! We are looking for a Head of Customer Success (m/f/d) (40 h).

Shore is an international Munich-based tech startup with Offices in Berlin and Los Angeles and a young, motivated team. Our goal: To simplify the day-to-day work of small and medium-sized service businesses and help them take advantage of the opportunities the digital world provides. Our all-in-one software for customer management, online appointment booking, digital marketing and point of ale helps service providers and retailers save time, get online bookings, and manage their business more efficiently. 

Your Profile
  • Graduated top of your class in business administration, technology management or similar
  • 3+ years of leadership experience in a customer facing discipline (preferably in Customer Success)
  • Experience working with SaaS business models
  • Fluent in German and English - further languages are a big plus
  • Experience with CRM tools, customer service software and web technologies (preferably Zendesk & Hubspot)
  • Data-driven, automation-first and out-of-the-box mindset
  • Track-record in designing exciting, innovative and high-quality customer journeys
  • Experience in managing and KPIs and deriving strategic projects
  • Customer obsession and eagerness to develop a deep understanding of our customers' needs
  • Excellent organization skills and joy in productive working
  • Affinity to work and thrive in a startup environment
Your Tasks:
  • Lead, develop and expand the Customer Success Team
  • Shape and execute Shore’s data-driven Customer Retention & Nurturing Strategy
  • Prepare regular department sprint plannings in order to reach set OKRs
  • Implement processes and automated tool workflows (Zendesk & Hubspot) to improve efficiency 
  • Harmonise important department interfaces to Customer Relations, Finance, Sales, Marketing & Growth
  • Aggregate customer feedback to support steering Product and Growth activities
  • Work closely with the CRO and VP Operations
